Terms & Conditions

AJM with not guarantee replacement or repair parts or equipment which has become obsolete.  All replacement parts are subject to their availability from the supplier.

During the life of the agreement, AJM will provide 24 hour emergency service.  The following constitutes an emergency: no heat, no cooling, fuel leaks, burst pipes, & no hot water.  Non-emergency calls will be performed during normal working hours.

This agreement will automatically renew on a yearly basis unless customer gives written notice not to renew 30 days prior to renewal.

Upon termination for any reason, there shall be no refunds or credits.  Service agreement may be transferred to new owner for a $25 fee.

AJM is not responsible for any repairs to drywall, carpentry, electrical, landscaping, backfill, blacktop, concrete, or any other home repair due to access needed to make any repair.  AJM is not responsible for any repair or damage to customers home due to refusal of repairs recommended by AJM.  No parts, labor, or warranty will be honored if anyone other than a qualified AJM employee performs the work.

All heating tune ups are to be performed in the fall, cooling tune-ups in spring.  During peak seasons, any scheduled tune-ups may be subject to cancellation to accommodate emergency calls.
